Our oil mill is the beating heart of the company, where tradition and modernity meet to create a high-quality extra virgin olive oil.

Initially, the oil mill was used exclusively for pressing olives from our company's olive groves. However, due to numerous fires and inheritance divisions, much of the family's olive-growing heritage has been lost over the years.

Since the mid-last century, the olive mill has also started offering milling services to third parties. Recently, we integrated the oil refinery with the mill, allowing for the bottling of oil produced from both our own olives and those purchased from trusted local olive growers, known for their careful phytosanitary management of olive groves.

Olives are processed in our facility exclusively by mechanical and physical means. We use a cold extraction technique that preserves the oil's organoleptic characteristics, maintaining its vitamin content and nutritional properties intact.
