Oil mill

Our oil mill is the beating heart of the company, where tradition and modernity meet to create a high quality extra virgin oil.

Initially, the mill was used exclusively for pressing olives from our company's olive groves. However, due to numerous fires and inheritance divisions, much of the family's olive growing heritage has been lost over the years.

Since the middle of the last century, the oil mill has also started offering the milling service to third parties. Recently, we have integrated the oil mill with the oil mill, allowing the bottling of the oil produced both from our olives and from those purchased from trusted local olive growers, known for the accurate phytosanitary management of the olive groves.

The processing of olives within our factory takes place exclusively through mechanical and physical means. We use a cold pressing technique which allows us to preserve the organoleptic characteristics of the oil, keeping its vitamin content and nutritional properties intact.
