Nuelì - Pluricultivar

Nuelì extra virgin olive oil, which takes its name from a place in the countryside of Ilbono (a small town that hosts the production plant) is medium fruity with a strong and marked flavour. This oil, which combines the "Bosana" variety, the "Ogliastrina" variety and the "Semidana" variety, stands out for its unique character.

Pale green in colour, Nuelì oil has the characteristic fruitiness of green or slightly darkened olives. When tasted, a markedly bitter and spicy flavor is perceived, a characteristic that tends to attenuate over time. Overall, it evokes the sensation of freshly picked green olives, with notes of green leaf, almond and vegetables such as chicory and artichoke.
